Jim Scarantino, president and founder of Quality Scape oversees all operations of his full service landscape & design company, which has been serving the Northeast Pennsylvania area since 1987. Jim is a graduate of Delaware Valley College, with a Bachelor's of Science in Landscape Design & Ornamental Horticulture.  

Quality Scape is a licensed, professional landscape and design company. Jim believes that success is only the result of meeting clients expectations by providing his teams personal commitment and excellent service. Jim and his team are dedicated to working with only the highest quality of products ranging from  a variety of materials including; plants, brick, stone, and concrete.

In addition to the broad scope of installation services, Quality Scape prides itself on over 20 years of knowledge and experience.  Jim shares this with his clients by educating them from the project consultations, the design process, to the installation and extended care maintenance once the job is complete.

Located in Moscow, PA, we serve not only all of NEPA but have conducted commercial projects in Easton and Harrisburg, PA, along with residential work in Connecticut, New York, New Jersey. We have the means to serve the entire Tri-State-Area.
